SSL HOA Board Meeting and Budget Input Workshop
August 28, 2023 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm EDT
This will be a two-part meeting.
In the first, the SSL HOA Board will convene to (1) adopt the meeting minutes from the July 24 Board Meeting, (2) resolve to appoint Charlie O’Bryant as Second Vice President and (3) provide an update on the gates and fountain failures and planned course of action.
Following this, the board will adjourn and new meeting will be reconvened as a Budget Input Workshop as follows:
During the July 24 Board Meeting we announced that we will hold a Budget Input Workshop where all Seaside Landings property owners will have an opportunity to submit their ideas and proposals for community improvement projects. The intent of the workshop is to collect, present and vote on these proposals for potential inclusion in the budget for next fiscal year. Projects can range from hard infrastructure to community and social events. Anyone who would like to submit an idea for such community improvements is asked to submit it in writing (see below) and present it during the workshop.
