Staggered Board Terms Informational Session
April 3 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT
We recently introduced resolutions to update the board terms for future elected board members from 1 year to 2 years and to implement the staggering of terms such that, following each future election, we can more effectively transition between outgoing and incoming board members. This will avoid the disruption to board operations when all members are replaced during a single election cycle.
