Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the Bylaws of the Association, of a Special Meeting of the Membership to be held on the following date, time and place.

This meeting WILL NOT BE available via Zoom.
The purpose of this special meeting is for the members to vote on an amendment to the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of Bulow Shores Homeowners Association, Inc. (now known as Seaside Landings at Flagler Beach Homeowners Association, Inc.). The amendment will remove one-year terms for Directors, so that the Association can institute staggered two (2) year terms for Directors. Staggered two (2) year terms will create better continuity on the Board from year to year.
