Budget Planning Workshop

All Seaside Landings Owners:
Please note that on Tuesday September 17 we will be conducting a Budget Planning Workshop to assist in finalizing the Seaside Landings HOA 2025 Operating Budget. All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend, either in person or via Zoom (see below).
During the workshop we will present the 2025 budget baseline, which addresses non-discretionary anticipated costs and expenses. Thereafter we will open the floor to attendees to propose ideas and suggestions for projects to improve our community or to address any shortcomings. Your ideas will help us identify initiatives, determine their financial impact and, for selected initiatives, budget for and prioritize their implementation.
In order to conduct a productive discussion, Members proposing ideas will be asked to present:
- WHAT: is the Proposed Idea or Suggested Action
- WHY: A Justification and Why it’s Beneficial
- WHEN: is there an urgent need for it?
- HOW: All-in-One or is it made up of phases over time?
- WHO: would implement it; Community Project or Outsourced?
- HOW MUCH: Estimated Cost to Implement
You can also submit your idea or suggestion ahead of the workshop via our SSL portal at Idea Suggestion – Seaside Landings at Flagler Beach. You must have an account and be logged in to access this form. The form is also available on the portal under the “Board and Committees” menu. If you do not yet have an account on this portal, you can register from the Homeowners Login button on the home page of https://seasidelandings.us.
