  1. wow – great job of keeping it clear and concise and with actual facts ! and the links are very informative . thank you for taking the time to really organize and educate . Tim this is really great so thank you for your time and effort and putting the community front and center – not just personal opinion . kudos to you sir !!!

  2. Tim, as always, a well thought out, logical statement. Thank you for taking so much time to spell it out in understandable language. Perfect.

Your point about the state not having a bureau overseeing HOA’s in non-condominium developments was reinforced recently in a letter from DBPR stating that conflicts for our development are to be handled through the courts and not DBPR.

It is the goals and values of some candidates running for BoD (Hobbs, O’Bryant, Pita, Dyal, and we hope others) to allow our development to flourish under kind and respectful leadership. We value communication and transparency. Under this new leadership, Members will be highly informed and their participation greatly valued.

Again, thank you for the clearly-worded, eloquent statement.
    Dave Dyal

  3. Let me be first to applaud you for composing and posting this content. I would encourage everyone to not just glance over but read carefully each and every point Tim is making as he clearly has done his homework and is simply asking everyone else to do theirs as they contemplate the various positions and arguments candidates for the BOD will be articulating.
