    Norbert: Your recommendations make too much common sense. Hopefully you will be able to implement those during your first term.

    IMHO, any planting changes on our private property ought not need approval (Mother May I, Yes You May) of the ARB. Plants die off from frosts and freezes or simply because they don’t do well in our yards in this salt air environment. Again, something to address in your first term along with edits and amending our guidelines to accommodate the wishes and lifestyle of the actual residents of our nice community instead of this generic policy that the developer foisted upon us.
