    Regarding Zoom meetings, for some reason the motion and approval at the July meeting was only for quarterly meetings instead of any public meeting, such as called special meetings. This is something that needs to be corrected by another motion at a board meeting. Narrowly defining the use of this inexpensive technology is not favorable to the members (parcel owners) of the HOA.
