  1. Living in an HOA provides value in keeping a community proposing, well maintained with clear guidelines providing existing homeowners, new home builders and other contractors, as well as lot sales the incentive and encouragement to thrive in a supportive manner. The goal is to protect, grow and foster high property values.

To date, frustration from lot sales, buying and selling, house colors, contractor flat out refusing to work in seaside landing speaks volumes, and it should to everyone in there.

Our homes should be a place to enjoy, relax and celebrate life as we have accomplished our goals to be able to living in such an incredible setting, it reminds me of the state farm commercial, like a good neighbor state farm is there, instead of running people off, maintaining the lowest lot prices around (around the intracoastal the lots are double the price), people make a community strong, not litigation.

decisions need to be made as a community, without rumors, gossip and the personality conflicts displayed at gatherings.

clearing defining and accepting change is the cornerstone of an HOA, protecting home values, getting homes built on vacant lots, and incentives contractors, home builders and more to want to benefit from seaside landing, instead of costing time, money, delay and added stress from a lack of simplified options – ie house colors, yards, flowers and more.

Lets come together as a community and understand the needs of everyone that makes our house values increase instead of the current reputation that precedes this gated community

Let’s focus on getting homes built, all the lots sold, and supporting our neighbors to accomplish this goal

Lets make seaside landing the crown jewel of Flagler Beach together
