Welcome to the SSL Community Web

A warm welcome to all residents and property owners of Seaside Landings at Flagler Beach.

In this first post I’d like to share with all some ideas on how as a community we can participate in, contribute to and benefit from information which this web site will offer. As you may have already noticed, it is built to be collaborative and give everyone an opportunity to shape its content and functions.

But first, please note that this site is not affiliated with the Seaside Landings HOA, its board or Watson Management. While we may track and post some of the board activities, like schedule of Board Meetings and special events, please always reference original HOA communications and the Watson Caliber portal for official and binding content.

Also note that this site is access-restricted and most of its content can only be accessed once you have registered your account and your status as a property owner has been verified against the owners list. This is to assure that everything we share through the website is exclusively for the benefit and viewing of Seaside Landings property owners.

With the initial launch of the website we’ve enabled several features that include:

Events Calendar where we will be posting events and scheduled activities which residents may wish to be aware of and/or participate in. Events such as upcoming board meetings, homeowner social events and other community organized events. If you’d like to add an event, please email details to [email protected] and we will post it. In future updates posting to the calendar will be made available to all registered users.

Community Forum for starting and contributing to discussions, or to ask questions of other owners, e.g. “How do I get started on my pool project?” The Forum can serve as a platform for initiating new ideas, tracking progress on issue previously identified and engaging everyone in the conversation.

Community Documents is a location where we can retain content of virtually any kind – photos, PDF files, videos and music files. For convenience we’ve added a few of the current HOA documents here, but as noted before, please always reference official documents via the Watson Caliber portal.

Property Owners Directory is the launch point to access information other property owners have posted, including their contact information and property address. From here you can also send direct messages to other owners and create “friends” networks within the community. Other features will be added as requested.

Community Polls will occasionally test the pulse of the community as relates to things that impact our quality of life and lifestyle within the community. These can offer feedback, ideas and suggestions for improvements within the community, questions to the board or ideas about the website itself.

In addition to content reserved for property owner’s access, we have also added a few additional content areas such as a live streaming cam from Flagler Beach and an up-to-date listing of events occurring across the Flagler Beach and Palm Coast areas. We expect other information and content sources will be added over time.

To send direct comments or questions to the website administrator, use the “Contact Us” link in the main menu.

  1. Would love to see an “informal” opinion poll regarding the lack of street lighting. A couple of years ago someone from FPL came to a meeting with a proposal that seemed fair, but it was shut down without so much as a vote. Now that more people are moving in, maybe it should be brought up again. There are many animals roaming the area at night, and more of us are out walking our dogs at night. Safety is a great concern. What say you all????

  2. This is a great site. Thank you so much Norbert for setting this up. It is GREATLY appreciated 🙂 If there is anything at all that Todd and I can do to help out any of our neighbors, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are ALWAYS available to help support our neighbors in any way we can. If you’re out and about, and we have not had the chance to meet yet, please stop by and knock on the door. Would love to sit and chat awhile.

Looking forward to using this site to stay up with neighborhood events and collaborative projects.

    • Hi there and yes, this is a great way to keep up with neighborhood events. I will be sure to share the 2022 Event Calendar with everyone on this site 🙂 Typing it up as we speak and will submit it to Norbert for publication.
